Alf is the Managing Director of Odessa Resources Pty Ltd, and has over 25 years experience as a geologist in gold, base metals and uranium exploration. Over the last 15 years Alf has specialised in resource and project development throughout the world. He has a proven track record in the discovery of various gold mines and has the ability to establish new projects in sometimes challenging environments. He has held senior management positions for most of his career including Group Exploration Manager of Harmony Gold. Alf is Fellow of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and is a Qualified Person under NI43-101 requirements.

Fleur is the Managing Director of Geostat Services, and has over 17 years experience in geology, of which 12 have been in resource consulting. After working on various mine sites around Western Australia for five years, she joined Snowden in 1991 as a Resource Analyst, where her specialties included statistical and geostatistical analysis, geological modelling and resource estimation, resource audits, feasibility and reconciliation studies for various commodities. In 1999, Fleur founded Geostat Services Pty Ltd and has consulted to many clients. Her computer experience includes Surpac, Gemcom, Isatis and Access.
